Watchlist for 9/28/2011

Not much on watch today, but I will see how the day unfolds and hope something comes up for a nice trade.

YOKU - Short biased on pops.

MCP - Looks like it might be bottoming. Will watch for sell off and possible bounce.

STEC - Could be setting up here for a gap fill over $10.65

NFLX - Making some sideways movement. Could be a decent long if it holds this $125 area. I'm still short biased on pops/gap ups especially if it breaks below $125.

Watchlist for 9/27/2011

YOKU - Could be a decent short in the $20-$20.50 area. Previous support in this area could act as resistance.

STEC - Might be a little while longer until it reaches, but I like this one over $10.64 for a possible gap fill.

TZOO - Long over $25.08 (So far holding $25 in pre-mkt)

PDC - Long over $8.13 for a small bounce.

XTXI - Long over $14.50/.51

PSS - Long over $14.05. Finally broke over this $14.00 area. If it holds and breaks yesterday's high of $14.05, it could get going.

IMGN - Long over $11.55 Might be a little while till it gets there, or could hit today...will wait for a setup.

KEG - Looking for a $10 break and hold.

MCP - Been beaten down pretty hard lately. Originally planned on buying a break over $37 which was a pre-mkt high, but it just broke. Will watch it for a long setup throughout the morning session.

Watchlist for September 23, 2011

NFLX - Starting to make some sideways moves on daily with a lower high today. I still think this can go much lower, but I'll be looking at this one with some long scalps in mind.

MCP - Nice gap down and range on this one today. Took a decent scalp long just over $36 today and sold way too soon. Top of the list tomorrow.

SINA - Looking at a morning sell off below $80 and possible long on the under/over move.

DANG - Beaten up stock. Possible long on red/green move or over $5.

GR - Looking to short under $120/$119.90ish.

OPTR - Like this one short on pops over $17. Got a nice trade on it today on the first pop over $17. Looking for the same thing tomorrow.

WLT - Doji on daily. Looking at this one long over $65 and short under $61 if it's weak.

MNTA - First green day since huge drop. Red/green move could be a nice play.

RRC - Short biased on all big pops. Gave plenty of short opportunities in the past few days.

POT - Long biased. Getting killed lately and could head lower, but I think we'll get a little bounce in this one in this area first. Really interested in this one at the $50 area.

Watchlist for September 21, 2011

MCP - Down $10.69 (20.17%) today. Will keep this one watch tomorrow for short/long setups.

NFLX - Down another $14.40 (10.02%) today. Still short biased. Shorted the pops all day on this one today. Looking to short this under today's low of $129.37 and under $129. If it gaps up tomorrow, will look to short under the early high with a tight stop. It has been 4 straight days of selling w/out any real bounce or covering, so I'd be careful with this one for now.

SINA - Down $15.86 (14.50%). On watch for long/short plays.

GR - HUGE pop on this one just before end of day. Was able to get a decent scalp on a short. Short biased on this one on pops. Hoping for a gap up to short into.

RIMM - Looks to be heading back down. Looking to short under $22.50

WLT - Had a great entry on the short side today, but covered WAY too quickly. Short biased.

PANL - Had a great idea this morning at open for a short later in the day. $60 fail, over/under move. Ended up shorting just before $60 and got stopped out. Then broke below and made new lows. $5 drop. That's what happens when you bend your own rules and don't listen to yourself. Short biased especially on big pops.

OPTR - Had the right idea on the short this morning, but chased and got stopped. Still short biased especially under $16.50 and under today's low.

Watchlist for 9/16/2011

No charts today. Got home a bit late and ran out of time and need to get to bed early, but here are the trade ideas/setups for tomorrow.

WLT - Once again on watch. Nailed the short once again on this one at open. Gapped up and made an early high just under a key level I stated in yesterday's watchlist ($86) Shorted $85.78 for a $1/share gain. I'm still short biased on this one on pops and morning gap up, but this could possibly make a small run. Made a higher low today and higher high. Will watch for it to break today's high and $87.50 if it shows strenght for long positions.

WPRT - Nice gap up this morning. Perfect short setup as mentioned in yesterday's watchlist. Had a nice run mid-day before selling again. Still short biased on this one especially on another morning gap up.

PANL - Also nice gap up and short setup this morning straight from the watchlist yesterday as well as a great short under $56. Short biased, but would consider a long scalp over $56 if it opens slightly lower/under this level. Would like for a short under $54.

CBG - Held $15 area all day then closed at highs $15.27 This is on watch tomorrow for the break of $15.51 Would be nice if it gapped up a bit just under $15.50 for a nice setup to long over $15.51

SPLS - Long over $15.00

TSL - Long over $10.57/10.58

SVM - Still on watch. Might be decent long over $7.50

AVNR - Long over $3.02

JAKK - Still on watch for short under $19.50, but watch the volume.

NFLX - Down nearly $40 yesterday. Will keep this on watch for the next week.

RIMM - Down about 23% right now in pre-market. Will keep on watch for a bounce. Hopefully some panic selling at open and rebound shortly after. Maybe more selling mid-day till close.

Watchlist for 9/15/2011

WLT - Nailed the short on this one again. Said in lastnight's watchlist to watch for a gap up, and SHORT. Did exactly that. Looking for something similar tomorrow. If it opens weak, I would like to see it break areas like $86 and $87.50 for possible long scalps, but I'm still short biased on pops on this one. We shall see.

WPRT - Another one that was straight from the watchlist lastnight. Gap up over $31, and short the break below. Set up perfectly. Held up pretty well all day and even came close to testing highs near the end of the day before selling a little. Will watch this one for a gap up near today's highs and will short the fail. If mkt opens lower, I will wait for a morning pop before considering a short.

PANL - Perfect gap up and short this morning on this one as well, but it eventually took out highs and ran a bit before selling off toward the end of the day. Short biased on pops. Maybe gap and short. Really want to short this one on the break below $56. If it opens under $56, I will short the over/under move.

SPLS - Still on watch over $15.00

ENTR - Looks finger lickin' good over $5.05

TSL - Moving sideways a bit and couldn't break yesterday's high of $10.38. I like it over $10.38 and $10.58.

SVM - This one was perfect! Lastnight's watchlist called for a sell off at open then a move under $6 and long the under/over move. Did exactly that and eventually ran to $7.49 I didn't have the patience to hold and got out too quickly. Going to keep this on watch for intraday setups, and definitely on watch over $7.50

AVNR - Long over $3.02

SQNS - Up 67.95% today! Nearly doubled at the high of day area. Definitely short biased on this one, but it could easily squeeze a lot of shorts tomorrow at open before finally fading. Hopefully I won't be able to short this one tomorrow so I can stay out of trouble...

JAKK - Up 27.31% and looked weak all day. Volume is usually pretty low, so I will watch the volume on this one. Like it short under today's low of $19.50

HTZ - Up 14.27% today. Looking for continuation over $11.58

Watchlist for 9/14/2011

WLT - Nailed the short on this one at open. Nice gap in pre-mkt and tanked in first 5-10 minutes. Same idea tomorrow, gap and short. If opens weak, will look for a morning pop before the short. If it shows strength, I look to long this one over $87.50 (today's high).

WPRT - Up 10.91% today. Will look for a gap up tomorrow over $31 to short into. If it opens under $31, will look to short the over/under move.

PANL - Up $5.95/11.61% today. Had this on watch for the $54 break and totally missed it. Would like to see this gap up tomorrow for a nice short.

CBG - $15.51 breakout.

NTAP - This one over today's high of $37.015 could make a run to $38.30 eventually for a possible gap fill. Will keep this one watch for the next week or so.

DNDN - This one over today's high of $11.95 could push it higher for a decent trade. I'll watch it at the $12.00 area and see if it holds.

UTHR - $45 break for gap fill.

OPK - $4.50 breakout.

ENTR - $5.05 gap fill, possibly.

HPQ - Will watch this one to make higher lows for possible long set ups.

TSL - 1st green candle on daily chart in the last 8 sessions with a higher low. Will watch for intraday long set ups.

SVM - Down 20.54% today and made new lows in a/h around $6. Will look for morning panic selling followed by some short covering. Ideal setup would be selling below $6 and will buy the under/over move back over $6.

VPRT - $30.08 breakout/gap fill. This one has been holding below $30 and above $26 since the huge gap down in July. This looks like it could make a nasty run.

IDCC - Short under $58.51 if and when it gets there.
AKS - Possible long over today's high of $8.45/$8.50 area. Definitely watching for a move over $9.50
GPS - Over $17.07
SPLS - Over $15.00
MTG - Over $3.03
OVTI - Over $18.08
NVS - Over $55.50
SAP - Over $49.50

CBG - Over $15.51

AKS - Over $9.50

NTAP - Over $36.50 (yesterday's high) and $38.30

NVLS - Over $28.50

AMKR - Over $4.50/$4.54

IMAX - Over $18.45/$18.50 area

MTG - Over $3.03 looks good

PCX - Over $15.41

TIN - Been holding up very well since the huge gap up. I like this one over $31.03 (yesterday's high) and $31.11 which was the high after the gap up. Will watch for setups near these areas.
