$QCOR (Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc.) Showing some weakness on the charts. Tested $35 support on Friday a couple of times. Looking for this to crack below $35, hold for the short to $30 level.
$VVUS (VIVUS Inc.) Fading nicely on daily after the gap up, run to $25. Coming back down to retest a $20 support level. Watching for drop below, hold, and short. If $20 area holds and consolidates, I'll be tempted to long scalp this one.
$MCP (Molycorp, Inc.) Nice pop on Friday after news that they agreed to acquire fellow rare-earth company Neo Material Technologies Inc. for $1.31B in cash and stock. Ran up over and supported $30 support/resistance level. If it holds, will long for continuation. If it fails to hold, watch for resistance at $30 for short.
$SBUX (Starbucks Corporation) Up at all-time highs after unveiling a single cup coffee maker that will rival $GMCR's Keurig unit. Doji on daily. $52.50 (r) on Friday and some support at $51. If it fades, will watch for a failure at $51 for the short. Otherwise if it continues to rip, I'll keep away. I suck at playing all-time highs. Always jump in at the wrong time, lol.
$DNDN (Dendreon Corp.) Recovered quickly from this gap down on Thursday. Friday held the $10 support level. Will watch for it to continute to hold for long entry. If it fails and resists $10, will think about shoring for possible pullback to $9.
$DECK (Deckers Outdoor Corp.) Selling nicely the past week or so and last 2 days perked up nicely. Looking for the $68 level to hold for long to $70 (r) area. If we gap up, watch for break and hold at $70 for long entry.
$TXN (Texas Instruments Inc.) Holding this $32 longer term support level very well. Tight 50 cent range on Friday $32-$32.50. Ideally would like to see $32 fail and hold below for the short. Has also show quite a bit of resistance at this level in the past which then faded to $28. Not great range on this one, but worth keeping an eye on.
